Products and availability
FATIMA FARZANA creates luxury art-fashion pieces, including limited-run, one-of-a-kind, and client-tailored garments. Product descriptions, prices, availability, colors, materials, and images may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to present garments accurately, but colors, scale, texture, and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, fabric behavior, and handmade construction.

Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or product detail is inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, or the order requires direct client fitting or production review. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and process payment.

Custom, tailored, and limited pieces
Many garments require personal review, fitting discussion, tailoring, or special handling. You agree to provide accurate sizing, shipping, billing, and contact information. If a piece requires additional fitting coordination, we may contact you before fulfillment.

Returns and refunds
Purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because our garments are limited, specialized, and often tailored or adjusted for the client, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Fatima is willing to work directly with clients in good faith on fit or presentation concerns after purchase.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss may pass to the customer when the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, text, artwork, product names, graphics, videos, and brand materials on this site are owned by or licensed to FATIMA FARZANA. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
