Refund policy

Fatima Farzana garments are art-fashion pieces that are made in limited quantities, often one of a kind, and frequently tailored or adjusted for the client. Because of the specialized fabrics, handwork, and client-specific fitting work involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

 

If you have any concern with fit or presentation after receiving your piece, please contact us directly at fatima@fatimafarzana.com. Fatima works personally with clients and will make a good-faith effort to help the piece fit beautifully and meet the intended design experience.
